Drive Teaser Poster Looks Thrilling, Sushant-Jacqueline starrer to Release on March 2 next year

Filmmaker Karan Johar’s upcoming venture Drive once again hit the headlines, when he revealed it’s teaser poster on July 26. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, the film stars Sushant Singh Rajput and Jacqueline Fernandez in lead roles. It also has Vikramjeet Virk and Sapna Pabbi in supporting roles.

At noon on Wednesday, Karan took to twitter to share the teaser poster and release date of Drive with fans. He wrote, “Start..Zoom..Accelerate..#DRIVE on the 2nd of March 2018 with @itsSSR and @Asli_Jacqueline directed by our DOSTana boy @Tarunmansukhani”.

The picture looks thrilling and features the official logo of the film set against the backdrop of a racing track with several racing cars on finishing line. Drive seems like a Bollywood’s own action thriller franchise like Hollywood’s Fast & Furious. As Karan confirmed that it is the first installment of a new film series.

Drive brings Sushant Singh Rajput and Jacqueline Fernandez together for the first time. It will be very exciting for fans and audience as well to see, which level of magic their chemistry creates on silver screen.

Currently Jacqueline is shooting for David Dhawan’s Judwaa 2 with Varun Dhawan and Taapsee Pannu, while Sushant has just returned from NASA after prepping up for his role in Chanda Mama Door Ke, the upcoming sci-fi space film directed by Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan.

With Drive, director Tarun Mansukhani is making his comeback after 2008’s Dostana which was a hit and was also made under the Karan Johar’s production banner Dharma Productions. The director wrote on twitter, “7 years 345 days later… am back on set!!!!”.

Produced by Dharma Productions and Fox Star Studios, Drive went on floor from March 1 this year and set to hit theaters next year on Holi i.e. March 2.
