Thugs Of Hindostan: Fatima Sana Shaikh Joins Amitabh Bachchan & Aamir Khan, Shooting Starts from 1 June

YRF’s Thugs Of Hindostan is Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya

After getting huge acclaim with 2016’s Dangal, the dhaakad girl Fatima Sana Shaikh has been signed by Yash Raj Films for the upcoming action adventure drama Thugs Of Hindostan. A month back, audition picture of Fatima for the movie went viral on social media and now she is a part of it.

Thugs Of Hindostan also stars the megastar Amitabh Bachchan and superstar Aamir Khan in lead roles. Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya aka Victor, the movie will go on floor from 1st of June 2017 and slated to be released on Diwali next year i.e. 2018. As a director Vijay had earlier worked with YRF in 2008’s Tashan & 2013’s Dhoom 3.

Confirming the news of finalizing Fatima Sana Shaikh, the directed said, “The role of the girl is pivotal to the film so it was crucial for us to find the perfect fit. Through a rigorous round of auditions and action workshops, we found in Fatima a truly dedicated actor and a gifted performer of the action. We are very happy to have found the perfect girl for our film.”

Director Vijay and Aamir Khan have already worked together in Dhoom 3 and now coming back with Thugs Of Hindostan, which will bring Aamir and Amitabh Bachchan together on silver screen for the first time. Like other release of the superstar, this one too has enormous pre-release hype among fans as well as audience.
