10th Day Collection of Mubarakan, Arjun Kapoor Starrer Crosses 41.50 Cr Total with 2nd Weekend

Last week released romantic comedy drama Mubarakan has completed the second weekend on an average note after a decent opening week. Anees Bazmee’s directorial this family entertainer got positive reviews from critics as well as audience and emerged as one of the few Hindi movies in this year which received completed acceptance.

Despite positive response, Arjun Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Ileana D’cruz and Athiya Shetty starrer Mubarakan remained under the expectations at box office so far. Unfortunately it’s business graph is not following the way that the movie should with such favorable reactions.

Mubarakan started it’s journey on an average note but due to positive word of mouth, it picked up impressively well over the opening weekend and did the business of total 35.66 crores in the first week, that included 22.91 crores of weekend and 12.75 crores of weekdays from 2350 screens across the country.

Now Anil-Arjun Kapoor starrer is running in the second week and cashed the second weekend on an average note. On 2nd Friday, Mubarakan dropped abruptly by 62% and minted the amount of 1.05 crore. Then on 2nd Saturday, it raked the business of 2 crores with good growth despite having Jab Harry Met Sejal in opposite.

On the next day i.e. 2nd Sunday, the movie witnessed more growth and garnered the business of 3.03 crores. With this, the total 10 days collection of Mubarakan has become 41.74 crores at domestic box office. Still it has one more holiday on Monday to cash due to Raksha Bandhan.
