This Friday, three new notable offerings Tumhari Sulu, Aksar 2 and Justice League are all set to hit screens with good buzz among audience. Although once again the Hollywood one acquires the heavier side at Indian box office but that doesn’t push other two out of the competition.
Directed by debutant Suresh Triveni, comedy drama Tumhari Sulu starring Vidya Balan, Neha Dhupia, Manav Kaul and RJ Malishka Mendonsa. It revolves around an enthusiastic middle-class housewife Sulochana aka Sulu who takes up an exciting job as a late night radio jockey.
With it’s trailer, Tumhari Sulu made good impact on fans as well as audience and gained much hype. As a result it is positively expected to take decent start at box office with the opening business of around 3.50-4.50 crores. Vidya’s last offering Begum Jaan had registered 3.94 crores on the opening day.
While the another one Aksar 2 is directed by Ananth Mahadevan and starring Zareen Khan, Gautam Rode and Abhinav Shukla in lead roles. Second installment of thriller franchise Aksar that was begun in 2006, also stars former cricketer S. Sreesanth in pivotal role.
Aksar 2 also received good response for it’s trailer but has no competition with Tumhari Sulu, because of completely opposite genre. The first installment did well, so the new one is also expected to do atleast near and open in range of 1.50-2.50 crore.
On the other hand last but obviously the biggest release among all three new offerings, American superhero action adventure movie Justice League has good hype among Indian audience and also expected to open on highest note with 4.50-5.50 crores of business.
