24th Day Collection of Hindi Medium, Irrfan Khan Starrer Dominates Half Girlfriend with 4th Weekend

Hindi Medium 24 Days Total Collection at Domestic Box Office

After showing impressive performance in last 3 weeks, Irrfan Khan and Saba Qamar starrer comedy drama Hindi Medium emerged as the biggest unexpected hit of the year so far in Hindi Cinema. Despite being released opposite to much awaited Half Girlfriend, it remained steady throughout and proved the power of good content.

Now the movie has been entered in it’s 4th week and enjoying the weekend once again. On 4th Friday, Hindi Medium recorded around 38% of drop than previous day and did the business of 0.75 crore. On Saturday, due to weekend it showed fair growth and added 1.40 crore to it’s account.

On the last day of weekend i.e. Sunday, Hindi Medium reported higher occupancy, but due to India Vs South Africa cricket match it took little lower jump than expected. On 24th day, Saket Chaudhary’s directorial is likely to collect 1.60 crore and raise it’s 24 days total collection to 62.41 crores on domestic box office.

While on the other hand, Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer romantic drama Half Girlfriend got failed to keep hold and fetched the amount of 60.06 crores in last 3 weeks, despite good opening week with 49.19 crores of business.

On 4th Friday, Mohit Suri’s directorial recorded usual drop and added the amount of 0.06 crore. With slight growth on Saturday, it collected 0.09 crore. On the next day i.e. Sunday, Half Girlfriend is likely to rake 0.10 crore and make it’s 24 days domestic total as 60.31 crores.
