25th Day Collection of Sanju, Rajkumar Hirani’s Film Mints 334.50 Crores Total by 4th Monday

Based on the life of much-loved Indian actor Sanjay Dutt, Sanju is still not ready to slow down at the box office. Despite having several new releases in the opposite, it has enough hold over the audience and heading unaffectedly towards Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai (339.16 crores).

By performing impressively since its release, Sanju has set many records so far and become the 5th highest grosser of all time in Hindi cinema. For its engaging story-line and brilliant performances by all the actors, the film has rave reviews from the critics as well as the audience.

After the three blockbuster weeks, in the fourth weekend as well, Rajkumar Hirani’s directorial got a good response. Despite a considerable drop in footfalls, it remained rock-solid and did the business of 6.75 crores, with 1.28 crores on 4th Friday, 2.19 crores on 4th Saturday & 3.28 crores on 4th Sunday.

Now Sanju has entered on weekdays once again and faced a usual drop in footfalls across the country. On 4th Monday, it registered the business of 1 crore after a drop of 22% than Friday. With this, its 25 days total collection has become 334.55 crores at the domestic box office including 326.80 crores of last 3 weeks.

With an exceptional opening, Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s production collected the business of 202.51 crores in the first week from 4000 screens across India. By remaining super-strong afterward, it raked the business of 92.67 crores in the second from 3000+ screens and 31.62 crores in the third week from 2000+ screens.
