4th Day Collection of DJ Duvvada Jagannadham, Remains Strong on Monday due to Eid Holiday

After completing opening weekend on a terrific note, much awaited Telugu movie Duvvada Jaganndham remained strong on Monday due to Eid holiday and added excellent amount to it’s account. Tollywood superstar Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde starrer this action comedy was released with huge excitement of fans this Friday and as expected received overwhelmed response.

Beside solid star power, Duvvada Jagannadham got positive reviews from critics as well as viewers, and registered massive business in the opening weekend. Despite having superstar Salman Khan’s Tubelight in opposite, it remained unaffected and performed superbly well throughout.

On the opening day, Harish Shankar’s directorial recorded more than 75% of occupancy and did the impressive business of 18.40 crores across Telugu states alone from around 1000 screens. While highly awaited Bollywood’s Tubelight fetched the opening business of 21.15 crores from 4350 screens across India.

On Saturday, asusual Duvvada Jagannadham witnessed abrupt drop of 44% but still managed to stay strong and collected the amount of 8.05 crores. Then on the next day i.e. Sunday, due to holiday the movie took decent jump and garnered 8.90 crores to raise it’s opening weekend total to 35.35 crores from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Now Allu Arjun’s 25th movie has entered in weekdays but due to Eid, it reported strong performance and minted the amount of 6 crores. With this, total 4 days collection of Duvvada Jagannadham has become 41.35 crores at AP/T box office. At worldwide box office, the movie has grossed near 80 crores.
