4th Day Collection of Stree and Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se at the Indian Box Office

After a solid opening weekend, Shraddha Kapoor & Rajkummar Rao starrer Stree has entered on weekdays on a steady note. Despite having Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se in its parallel, this horror comedy is showing excellent performance at the box office across India.

Directed by Amar Kaushik, Stree has got succeed to hit the target right and received positive reviews from the critics as well as the audience for its unusual but entertaining story-line. On Friday, it opened strongly with an occupancy of 40% and did the business of 6.83 crores.

Then on Saturday, due to a partial holiday, Maddock Films’ production took a healthy growth and registered the business of 10.87 crores. On the next day i.e. Sunday, the movie reported further jump and minted the amount of 14.57 crores. After a weekend, its total collection was recorded at 32.27 crores.

Now Stree has stepped-in on weekdays and managed to collect the amount of 9.70 crores by remaining strong on Monday as well. With this, its total collection after 4 days has become 41.97 crores nett at the domestic box office.

On the other hand, Dharmendra, Sunny Deol & Bobby Deol starrer Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se has got failed to entertain the critics as well as the audience and remained low in the opening weekend. It did the business of 1.82 crores on Friday, 1.98 crores on Saturday, and 3.02 crores on Sunday.

On Monday, after a considerable drop in footfalls, Navaniat Singh’s directorial YPD Phir Se bagged the amount of 1.50 crores and raised its 4 days total collection to 8.32 crores nett.
