5th Day Collection of Jai Lava Kusa, Jr. NTR Starrer Enters in 100 Crore Club Worldwide

Much awaited Telugu movie of the year Jai Lava Kusa was released this Thursday at box office with huge buzz and registered tremendous business in the opening weekend worldwide. As expected it took massive start on the opening day and remained strong throughout due to positive word of mouth.

Superstar Jr. NTR starrer this action drama featuring Raashi Khanna and Nivetha Thomas opposite to him in lead roles. All the actors have given excellent performances and are being appreciated by everyone. Most of the critics as well as audience found it entertaining and showing big thumbs up.

On the opening day, KS Ravindra’s directorial witnessed terrific occupancy and registered highest opening of Jr. NTR ever. It did the outstanding business of 47.25 crores gross on Thursday globally, that included 32.10 crores of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, 7.89 crores of rest India and 7.26 crores of overseas.

On the next day, like other south Indian movies this one too reported considerable drop but still remained strong. On Friday, Jai Lava Kusa raked the business of 14.15 crores worldwide, including 9.40 crores from AP/TS, 2.70 crores from rest of India and 2.05 crores from overseas.

On Saturday with further drop the movie minted the amount of 13.45 crores gross, that included 9 crores of AP/TS, 2.25 crores of ROI and 2.20 crores of overseas. While on Sunday, it showed decent jump and collected 17.15 crores, with 11.50 crores from AP/TS, 2.91 crores from ROI and 2.74 crores from overseas.

After the 4-days extended opening weekend, total collection of Jai Lava Kusa was recorded as 92 crores gross at worldwide box office. Now it has been entered in weekdays and still has enough hold over the audience.

On Monday Jr. NTR starrer bagged the amount of 6.15 crores globally, with 5 crores of Telugu states, 0.85 crore of ROI and 0.30 crore of overseas. With this, Jai Lava Kusa has grossed the total business of 98.15 crores at global box office in 5 days of release.
