7th Day Collection of Jab Harry Met Sejal JHMS, SRK-Anushka Starrer Earns Near 60 Crores in 1 Week

Last Friday released much awaited Jab Harry Met Sejal unfortunately got failed to impress viewers and completed the opening week on a disappointing note. Shahrukh Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer this romantic drama was supposed to break the dry spell of box office, but nothing has happened as per earlier expectations.

Directed by Imtiaz Ali, Jab Harry Met Sejal had high pre-release hype among fans but hasn’t attained the desired pace at box office. Despite the good performances of leading duo, the movie received mixed reviews from critics as well as audience and that because of it’s weak script.

SRK-Anushka starrer opened up on a good-enough but below-the-belt note and due to mixed response didn’t witness any considerable growth over the weekend. It did the business of total 45.75 crores in the opening weekend, that included 15.25 crores of Friday, 15 crores of Saturday and 15.50 crores of Sunday.

On Monday despite being holiday of Raksha Bandhan, Jab Harry Met Sejal faced heavy dip in it’s business graph and minted the amount of 7.15 crores. Then with further considerable fall, it raked the business of 2.90 crores on Tuesday and 2.20 crores on Wednesday.

On the next day i.e. Thursday, the movie garnered the business of only 1.75 crore with more drop in footfalls. With this, total one week total collection of Jab Harry Met Sejal has become 59.75 crores at domestic box office from 3200 screens across the country.

In it’s second week, JHMS will have the new awaited offering Toilet Ek Prem Katha of superstar Akshay Kumar in opposite. So the conditions will become more difficult for Shahrukh Khan starrer, let see how much it rakes in the new week.
