Baaghi 2 6th Day Box Office Collection, Emerges 1st 100-Crore Grosser of Tiger Shroff

Within just 6 days of release, the action thriller Baaghi 2 has become the third movie of the year to cross the 100-crore mark at the domestic box office after Padmaavat and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. Along with that, after surpassing Akshay Kumar’s PadMan, now it has dominated Ajay Devgn’s Raid as well.

This Friday released Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani starrer Baaghi 2 is the second installment of the successful franchise Baaghi. Being a masala entertainer with high octane actions, it got succeed to impress the mass audience and as a result, doing great at the box office since its release.

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Ahmed Khan’s directorial opened on a terrific note in morning and showed good growth from evening shows across the country due to strong word of mouth. On Friday, it registered a massive business of 25.10 crores and emerged the biggest opener of the year so far.

By remaining super-strong throughout the opening weekend, Baaghi 2 did the business of 20.40 crores on Saturday and 27.60 crores on Sunday. After 3 days, the total collection of the movie was recorded 73.10 crores at the domestic box office from 3500 screens.

Now Tiger-Disha starrer is running on weekdays but still heading strongly despite normal working days. On Monday, it faced a considerable drop due to partial Bharat Bandh and minted the amount of 12.10 crores. Then with further dip, the movie added the business of 10.60 crores to its account.

On the next day i.e. Wednesday, Baaghi 2 managed to garner the business of 9.10 crores and raised its 6 days total domestic collection to 104.90 crores. With this, it has become the first 100-crore grosser of Tiger Shroff and second of Disha Patani’s career. Now the movie is all set to surpass Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety on Thursday.
