‘Baaghi’ has made with decent budget of 47 Cr
Sabbir Khan’s directorial latest offering ‘Baaghi’ has taken off terrifically across India as well as overseas. Being Shraddha Kapoor and Tiger Shroff starrer, the movie had good pre-release hype among youngsters and as expected getting heroic response in theaters. Baaghi has received almost positive reviews from critics, which has generated favorable word of mouth about it on box office.
As per report, Baaghi has made with a decent budget of 47 cr that includes 35 cr of production cost and 12 cr of prints plus advertisements. Apart from box office, it has received the amount of 20 cr for its satellite rights and 5 cr for the music rights by T-Series. That means, the movie had minted 25 cr before its release and required to collect only 22 cr more from domestic as well as overseas box office, to recover its entire production and advertising cost.
On its opening day, Baaghi has witnessed tremendous response from audience across the globe and reported the business of 11.87 from 2750 screens of India and 5.65 cr from 344 screens of overseas. With this, it has become the third highest opener of 2016 so far after Fan and Airlift. On Saturday, it has initiated the day with almost similar occupancy and estimated to get near to its first day.
It won’t be difficult for Baaghi to rake a handsome total in the opening weekend with such good hype and promotions. Mostly reviews are in favor of it, so this Nadiadwala Grandson’s recent venture is positively expected to be the next successful movie of this year.
