Box Office: Ae Dil Hai Mushkil 15th Day Collection, Remains Steady on 3rd Friday

15 Days Total Collection of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (ADHM)

Diwali release romantic drama Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is leading over the action thriller Shivaay. In 2 weeks of release, it has registered terrific business globally. The movie has already crossed the mark of 100 crores on domestic box office and now heading to surpass the lifetime total of Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 3.

In the opening week, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil had recorded excellent occupancy through out and did the business of 80.19 crores including 35.60 crores of weekend and 44.59 crores of weekdays. Due to holidays on Monday & Tuesday, it showed impressive growth and added heavy amounts to its business total.

Then in the second week, there was no new noticeable release on box office. Despite heavy competition with Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil remained steady in its second weekend and raked the business of 17.09 crores. In weekdays, it faced usual drop and minted 7.71 crores including 2.55 crores of Monday, 2.35 crores of Tuesday, 1.51 crore of Wednesday and 1.30 crore of Thursday.

After 2 weeks, total collection of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil was recorded as 104.86 crores on domestic box office and 73.42 crores from overseas market. Now it has entered in its third week and has much buzzed musical drama Rock On 2 in opposite along with adjacent release Shivaay.

On its third Friday, Karan Johar’s directorial reported lower response than previous day and added the amount of 0.70 crore to its account. With this, its 15 days domestic total has become 105.56 crores. Still it has enough hold over audience, so it is positively expected to hamper the business of Rock On 2 by heavy rate on Saturday and Sunday.
