Box Office: Baahubali 2 22nd Day Collection, Prabhas Starrer Still Holds Well Worldwide

Sequel to 2015’s Baahubali, Baahubali 2 has left everyone stunned with it’s unstoppable run at box office. Since it’s release, this epic action drama is setting new record with each single day and now achieved the dream benchmark of 1500 crore gross at worldwide box office in 3 weeks of release.

In the opening week, SS Rajamouli’s directorial Baahubali 2 reported exceptional response and did the business of 534 crores from 6500 screens across the country. This was included 247 crores of it’s Hindi and 287 crores of Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam versions.

In the second week too, it remained excellent and bagged the amount of 266 crores with 143.25 crores of Hindi and 122.75 crores of rest other versions. Then in it’s third week, the movie witnessed usual drop but still maintained a strong pace.

Baahubali 2 registered the business of 128 crores in third week, which included 69.75 crores from Hindi and 58.25 crores from the rest versions. After 3 weeks, total collection of Prabhas starrer recorded as 928 crores nett at domestic box office.

Now Rajamouli’s this magnum opus has entered in the fourth week and has new offerings like Half Girlfriend and Hindi Medium in opposite. On 4th Friday, Baahubali 2 witnessed around 32% of drop and garnered the business of 8 crores (Hindi ₹4.15cr | TTM ₹3.85cr). With this, it’s 22 days domestic total has become 936 crores nett (Hindi ₹464.15cr | TTM ₹471.85cr).
