Box Office: Baahubali 2 3rd Day Collection, Surpasses Lifetime Total of Sultan in 1st Weekend

3 Days Total Collection of Baahubali 2 with Telugu, Tamil, Hindi & Malayalam versions

This Friday released the epic action drama Baahubali 2 is setting immortal records at box office. After creating history of entering in 100 crore club on the opening day and in the 200 crore club with second day, the movie has hit the triple century on it’s third day. With this, it has surpassed the lifetime total of Salman Khan’s blockbuster Sultan (300.45 crores) in just 3 days.

SS Rajamouli’s directorial Baahubali 2 was released on Friday with enormous hype among fans as well as audience and as expected received rave response from them. Everyone found it very impressive and grand, which is a great experience to watch. From critics also the movie has received super positive reviews and gained strong word of mouth.

On the opening day, Baahubali 2 reported almost 85-90% of occupancy across the country and did the incredible business of 121 crores from 6500 screens, that included 41 crores of it’s Hindi version and 80 crores of Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam versions. From overseas market too, the movie raked impressive business of approx. 65 crores on Friday including Thursday’s previews.

On the next day i.e. Saturday, this highly awaited sequel to 2015’s Baahubali remained super duper strong and completed double century with 90.50 crores nett total. This included 40.50 crores of it’s Hindi versions and 50 crores of Telugu, Tamil & Malayalam versions domestically.

On Sunday with higher footfalls across the country, Baahubali 2 showed growth in it’s business graph and collected the amount of total 91.50 crores with 46.50 crores of Hindi and 45 crores of Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam versions. With this trend, opening weekend total collection of the movie has become 303 crores nationwide.
