Box Office: Baahubali 2 Hindi 17th Day Collection, Crosses 430 Cr Total with 3rd Weekend Domestically

After unlocking the 400 crore club at domestic box office, Baahubali 2 (Hindi) is strongly heading to achieve more height. Couple of weeks back released this epic action drama showed phenomenal performance so far and still has enough hold over the audience across India as well as overseas.

In the opening week, SS Rajamouli’s directorial Baahubali 2 did the incredible business of 247 crores with it’s Hindi version. This was included, 128 crores of weekend and 119 crores of weekdays from approx. 4000 screens nationwide.

Then in the second week too, it remained almost steady and managed to impressive amount of 143.25 crores from Hindi screens, with 80.75 crores of weekend and 62.50 crores of weekdays.

After 2 weeks, total collection of Baahubali 2 (Hindi) was recorded as 390.25 crores, with which it surpassed the lifetime domestic total of Aamir Khan’s Dangal and emerged as highest grossing Hindi movie of all time.

Now it is in the third week and once again enjoying the weekend with increased footfalls in theaters. On 3rd Friday despite having new Hindi releases in opposite, Prabhas starrer added the amount of 10.05 crores to it’s account with slight drop than previous day.

Then on Saturday being weekend, it witnessed fair growth and minted the amount of 14.75 crores. On the last day of weekend i.e. Sunday, the movie recorded more growth and garnered the business of 17.75 crores.

As per reports, Baahubali 2 (Hindi) is likely to collect the total amount of 432.80 crores nett after the third weekend. If this sequel to 2015’s Baahubali continues the same hold, then it could enter in 500 crore club too by the next week.
