John Abraham, Varun Dhawan & Jacqueline Fernandez starrer Dishoom enjoyed good run in the opening week. In the second week too, due to no heavy competition it maintained a decent pace. The movie witnessed favorable response from fans as well as audience but unfortunately received mixed reviews from critics. Despite this, it performed decently and emerged as the 8th highest grossing movie of the year so far.

Dishoom is the third venture of producer Sajid Nadiadwala in this year after Baaghi and Housefull 3. With the latest one, he has hit the hat-trick of successful movies. In the opening week, it reported almost good occupancy and did the business of 53.34 crores on domestic box office, including 37.32 crores of weekend and 16.02 crores of weekdays.

In the second weekend, it maintained a decent pace and raked the business of total 10.05 crores including 2.30 crores of Friday, 3.40 crores of Saturday and 4.35 crores of Sunday. After 10 days total collection of Dishoom was recorded as 63.39 crores on domestic box office. In weekdays, being normal working day it received lesser audience than before.

With almost 45% of drop than Friday, it did the business of 1.30 crore on Monday. Then with slight more drops it raked 1.21 crore on Tuesday and 1.08 crore on Wednesday. On the last day of week i.e. Thursday, Dishoom reported little lesser response and added the amount of 0.99 crore to its account. With this, its total 2 weeks domestic collection has become 67.97 crores.
