Box Office: Jolly LLB 2 10th Day Collection, All Set to Surpass Lifetime Total of Akshay’s Baby

With excellent performance throughout the opening week and second weekend as well, the last week released Jolly LLB 2 has come very close to the 100 crore mark. As expected the superstar Akshay Kumar starrer was hit the theaters with immense excitement of fans as well as audience and getting very favorable response from them.

Due to its good content and fabulous performances of lead stars- Akshay, Huma Qureshi, Annu Kapoor and Saurabh Shukla, Jolly LLB 2 has impressed all its viewers and received very positive reviews from critics. As a result it gained strong word of mouth and heading to set new height with maintained momentum.

Director Subhash Kapoor’s this recent venture reported impressive growth over the opening weekend and did the excellent business of 50.46 crores from Indian screens, which was including 13.20 crores of Friday, 17.31 crores of Saturday and 19.95 crores of Sunday.

In weekdays also, the movie remained strong and minted the amount of 7.26 crores on Monday, 9.07 crores on Tuesday (Valentine’s Day), 5.89 crores on Wednesday and 5.03 crores on Thursday. After the opening week, total collection of Jolly LLB 2 was recorded as 77.71 crores on domestic box office.

Now it is running in the second week and once again enjoyed the weekend on an excellent note. On 2nd Friday, this satirical comedy drama faced 18% of drop than previous day and still managed to add decent amount of 4.14 crores to its account. On Saturday, Jolly LLB 2 took good jump and raked the amount of 6.35 crores.

Then on the last day of weekend i.e. Sunday, it showed more growth of around 14% and minted the amount of 7.24 crores, which has made its total net domestic collection after the second weekend as 95.44 crores. With this, Akshay starrer is all set to surpass the lifetime total of 2015’s Baby (95.56 crores) and emerge as his 7th highest grossing movie so far.
