9 Days Total Domestic Collection of ‘Kaabil’

Hrithik Roshan’s much hyped Kaabil was released last Wednesday with good excitement of his fans and received very positive reactions from its viewers. But unfortunately due to clash with Shahrukh Khan’s biggie Raees, it wasn’t able to perform as good as it could do in 9-days extended opening week across the country.

Kaabil 9 Days Total Collection

Kaabil has received very positive reviews from most of the critics and Bollywood celebrities, as it has an intense story with youthful music and marvelous performances of lead stars. Everyone found the movie very impactful and showed big thumbs up to it. But the clash caused much loss to its business, it could to more better if the screens & audience did not get divided.

Sanjay Gupta’s directorial this drama action-thriller recorded good occupancy throughout the 5-days opening weekend and did the business of 67.46 crores from 2200 screens in India. The weekend total was included 10.43 crores of Wednesday, 18.67 crores of Thursday, 9.77 crores of Friday, 13.54 crores of Saturday and 15.05 crores of Sunday.

In weekdays, asusual Kaabil reported lesser occupancy in theaters than weekend and registered decent business total. On Monday, it faced around 73% of drop than previous day and raked the amount of 4.10 crores. With almost similar response, the movie minted the amount of 3.52 crores on Tuesday and 3.50 crores of Wednesday.

Then on the last of week i.e. Thursday, Kaabil witnessed almost similar response and managed to add the amount of 3.60 crores to its account, which has made its 9-days extended week total collection as 82.18 crores on domestic box office. Now the movie has emerged as the fifth highest grossing movie of Hrithik Roshan‘s career so far by surpassing the lifetime total of his 2006’s Dhoom 2 (81.01 crores).
