1 Week Total Collection of Meri Pyaari Bindu, Sarkar 3 and Lahoriye
Hindi offerings released a week ago, Meri Pyaari Bindu and Sarkar 3 have completed their one week journey at box office on a dull note and disappointed everyone. Despite being anticipated, both the movies got failed to impress audience and received mixed reviews from critics.
In the opening weekend, Ayushmann Khurrana and Parineeti Chopra starrer Meri Pyaari Bindu did the business of only 6.50 crores with 1.75 crore of Friday, 2.25 crore of Saturday and 2.50 crores of Sunday from 750 screens across the country.
Then in weekdays, it faced around 48.5% of drop than the opening day and raked the business of 0.85 crore on Monday. With further drops, the movie minted 0.75 crore on Tuesday, 0.60 crore on Wednesday and 0.50 crore on Thursday. After 7 days, it’s total domestic collection has raised to 9.20 crores.
While Amitabh Bachchan starrer political thriller Sarkar 3 did the business of only 6.65 crores in the opening weekend, that included 2.10 crores of Friday, 2.20 crores of Saturday and 2.35 crores of Sunday from 1425 screens nationwide.
In weekdays, it faced abrupt fall than last Friday and collected the amount of 0.90 crore on Friday, 0.72 crore on Tuesday, 0.63 crore on Wednesday and 0.63 crore on Thursday. With this, the movie made it’s one week domestic total as 9.53 crores.
On the other hand, Amrinder Gill and Sargun Mehta starrer Punjabi movie Lahoriye received good response at box office and garnered the business of 6.40 crores in the opening weekend with lesser screen count than the adjacent Hindi offerings.
In weekdays, it witnessed usual drops but managed to remain almost steady and added the amount of 0.90 crore on Monday, 0.75 crore on Tuesday, 0.60 crore on Wednesday and 0.50 crore on Thursday. After a week, total collection of Lahoriye recorded as 9.15 crores domestically.
