Box Office: Phillauri 7th Day Collection, Anushka-Diljit Starrer Crosses 22.50 Cr Total in Opening Week

Opening Week Total Collection of ‘Phillauri’

Last Friday released romantic comedy, Phillauri has been completed it’s opening week journey on a decent note across the country. Anushka Sharma, Diljit Dosanjh, Suraj Sharma and Mehreen Pirzada starrer this offering has received favorable response from fans as well as audience, specially in Delhi, Punjab and nearby regions.

Most of the viewers have found the movie entertaining and refreshing but unfortunately it got failed to satisfy all the critics and received mixed reviews from them. Wonderful performances by all the actors and soulful music, helped Phillauri to remain steady throughout the opening week.

In the opening weekend, director Anshai Lal’s this recent venture witnessed constant growth in it’s business graph and did a decent business of 15.25 crores, which was including 4.02 crores of Friday, 5.20 crores of Saturday and 6.03 crores of Sunday from around 1100 screens in India.

Then in weekdays, asusual Phillauri recorded lesser footfalls in theaters than earlier due to normal working days. On Monday with around 50% of drop it minted the amount of 2.02 crores. With further fall, the movie managed to collect the amount of 1.95 crore on Tuesday and 1.81 crore on Wednesday.

On the last day of week i.e. Thursday, Phillauri faced more drop and raked the business of 1.65 crore. With this, total first week collection of the movie has become 22.68 crores on domestic box office. Now from the new week, it will have new Hindi offerings Naam Shabana and Poorna in opposite.
