3 Days Total Collection of Sachin A Billion Dreams across India

This Friday released, much anticipated biopic of legend Sachin Tendulkar, Sachin A Billion Dreams has passed it’s opening weekend on a good note. Proving all the predictions wrong, the movie performed amazingly well across the country as well as overseas so far. Despite being a docu-drama, it is attracting much audience toward theaters.

God of cricket’s own story Sachin A Billion Dreams was released with huge excitement of fans as well as audience. From critics also, it has received positive reviews. All these favorable reactions generated good word of mouth for the movie, and made it to witness constant growth over the weekend.

On the opening day with around 40-45% of occupancy, James Erskine’s directorial registered the opening of 8.60 crores from 2400 screens nationwide and emerged as the seventh highest opener of the year in Hindi cinema.

Then on Saturday being weekend, Sachin A Billion Dreams reported decent jump in footfalls and minted the amount of 9.20 crores. On the last day of weekend i.e. Sunday, it showed more growth and minted the amount of 10.25 crores to make it’s first weekend total collection as 28.05 crores including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi and English versions.

Despite having last week’s Half Girlfriend, Hindi Medium and a month ago released biggest blockbuster Baahubali 2, Sachin A Billion Dreams is running smoothly at domestic box office. From overseas market too, the movie has raked quite good.
