‘Dilwale’ already Entered in 100 Cr Club at Worldwide Box Office
Rohit Shetty’s directorial & Raj-Simran starrer latest action comedy film ‘Dilwale’ is flying high on craze across the country as well as overseas. The film has released this Friday opposite to another very much awaited epic one Bajirao Mastani and getting excellent business figures at box office. Dilwale has received favorable reviews from most of the critics as well as cinegoers. Audience find it very entertaining and creating huge buzz about it everywhere. Superstar Shahrukh Khan & his comeback with Kajol is the strongest reason behind such huge excitement of audience towards the film.
Dilwale has registered the third highest opening of the year on Indian screens and minted the total collection of 65.09 crores in its opening weekend, which is comprised of 21 crores on Friday, 20.09 crores on Saturday & 24 crores on Sunday. With this business figure, it has also registered the third highest opening weekend collection of the year after Prem Ratan Dhan Payo & Bajrangi Bhaijaan. In overseas too, it is raking excellent business and collected the amount of 56.38 crores as weekend total. Till the end of its third day, total weekend collection of Dilwale was recorded as 121.47 crores worldwide.
Now the film has entered in weekdays and asusual started getting less audience in theaters. On its first weekday, Dilwale has witnessed a drop of around 50% in its occupancy as well as business at domestic box office. It has minted the amount of 10.09 crores as its fourth day collection on Indian screens and positively expected to cross 100 crore mark till the end of this week domestically.
