Golmaal Again 30th Day Collection, Earns 203.50 Crores Total in 1 Month from India

Diwali released highly buzzed Golmaal Again has completed it’s one month journey and showed excellent performance so far at box office. Due to favorable public response, this action comedy remained unaffected despite having new offerings in opposite. As a result, it has emerged as first 200 crore grosser of the year in Bollywood.

After surpassing the lifetime total of superstar Shahrukh Khan’s Happy New Year (203 crores) with the end of it’s fourth week, Golmaal Again has acquired 11th position among highest grossing Hindi movies of all time in India. Now it is running in the fifth weekend and has Tumhari Sulu, Aksar 2 and Justice League in opposite.

On it’s 5th Friday, fourth installment of the popular Indian comedy franchise Golmaal faced considerable drop in footfalls of 67.5% than previous day and minted the amount of 0.13 crore. Then on the next day i.e. Saturday, it garnered the business of 0.25 crore with fair growth and raised it’s 30 days domestic total to 203.49 crores including 203.06 crores of last 4 weeks.

Superstar Ajay Devgn and Parineeti Chopra starrer Golmaal Again opened to an outstanding note and did the business of 136.07 crores in the opening week, that included 87.60 crores of weekend and 48.47 crores of weekdays. In the second week as well, it remained strong and raked the business of 46.85 crores, with 31.44 crores of weekend and 15.41 crores of weekdays.

Then in it’s third week, Reliance Entertainment’s presentation witnessed usual drop in footfalls but still managed to remain decent and bagged the amount of 15.02 crores that included 10.58 crores of weekend and 4.44 crores of weekdays. While with further drop, it registered 5.17 crores in the fourth week with 3.47 crores of weekend and 1.70 crore of weekdays.
