Golmaal Again 4th Day Collection, Ajay Devgn-Rohit Shetty’s Film Enters in 100 Crore Club

Year’s one of the highly awaited films Golmaal Again has registered outstanding business in the opening weekend despite having highly appreciated Secret Superstar in opposite. As expected, the biggie took box office by storm throughout the weekend and showing superb performance in weekdays as well.

Directed by Rohit Shetty, the fourth installment of popular action comedy franchise Golmaal is being liked by audience and also received positive reviews from most of the critics. As a result it has gained good word of mouth and entered in 100 crore club in 4 days of release domestically.

On the opening day, Golmaal Again reported remarkable performance and registered the highest opening of the year in Bollywood with the business of 30.14 crores from around 3500 screens nationwide. With this, it has also emerged as Ajay’s second highest opener so far.

On Saturday, this action comedy remained strong and did the business of 28.37 crores. While on Sunday, it showed jump and bagged the amount of 29.09 crores. After the opening weekend, total collection of Golmaal Again was recorded as 87.60 crores at domestic box office.

Now the film has been entered in weekdays and asusual showing some drop in footfalls but still stands strong. On Monday it faced 46.8% of drop than Friday and minted the amount of 16.04 crores. With this, total collection of Golmaal Again after 4 days has become 103.64 crores.

Reliance Entertainment’s presentation is now the 9th 100-crore-grosser of the year in Hindi cinema and 7th of Ajay Devgn’s career. It has also become the 8th highest grossing Hindi film of the year and 4th highest of Ajay after Singham Returns, Golmaal 3 and Son Of Sardaar.
