Today being the first weekday, heavy drop in collection and occupancy was already expected. The total business made by the movie on its fourth day from Indian screens is recorded around 3.03 crores only. In weekdays, all movies faces drop in business and in case of Hamari Adhuri Kahani the drop rate was expected to be higher than normal because of not so favorable response from audience.
In the year 2015, we have seen many twists so far. Many movies got unexpected response from audience, some got higher response than expectations and some got very low. Hamari Adhuri Kahani is also one of them, before its release the movie was having good hype among fans and audience. But after release everything got melted so rapidly like hell. Audience is preferring last weeks released movies over this, Hollywood Jurassic World is performing far better on Indian screens. Good music has also failed in taking to the safe side.
