Aamir Khan starrer most waited movie of the year PK that released all over in the country and overseas on 19 December 2014 has completed its first weekend journey. Film being a high budget movie with spectacular star cast and entertaining acting performed by the actors has led to a phenomenal performance on the box office. The film’s opening was up to the expected mark and it broke many records made by the recent movies.

PK has been directed the hit film makers together namely Rajkumar Hirani, Siddharth Roy Kapoor & Vidhu Vinod Chopra and released with very wide banner on around 6000 screens worldwide. Film’s business went up tremendously high in the weekend because of the advance bookings but anyhow the total box office collection was too favorable throughout the fourth day too even after being a weekday.

Where on its first day film was expected to set new records box office by making an exaggerating business, the opening day collection closed at record breaking figures and as did the weekend. Not only this much, on its fourth day of release, the movie has got much attention from the audience and the total collection of film closed on fourth day closed at around 21.22 Crores.

PK is a superb and emotional script based movie which is a main attraction for youth and family viewers. Movie got mixed comments and reviews from the audience after the runtime was over. On its fourth day, film has gathered great business.
