‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ has Entered in 300 Cr Club WW!

After a very long time, Rajshri Productions came back with the biggest family entertainer of year Prem Ratan Dhan Payo features superstar Salman Khan & Sonam Kapoor as main leads. The movie was released on 12th of November with a screen count of 5600 worldwide and now has entered in 300 crore club. Most of the critics have reviewed it very positive comments. Being a non-masala movie, PRDP has also received low ratings from few critics but that didn’t affected its performance at box office. It has showed phenomenal performance in its first week and very decent in the second week. Now it has been entered in its third week and getting very less occupancy due to new much awaited Hindi release Tamasha of stars Ranbir Kapoor & Deepika Padukone.

Through out its journey, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has registered number of records to its account. It had opened up at box office with highest opening of the year so far. The movie has received overwhelmed from audience across the country as well as overseas. In last 18 days, from its overseas screens PRDP has minted the total amount of 94.01 crores and still getting quite well response. On Indian screens (Hindi) it has grossed total 206.63 crores, that includes 165.45 crores of week one, 36.07 crores of week two & rest 5.11 crores of week three till weekend. Till the end of its 18th day, total worldwide collection of this Salman starrer is recorded as 300.64 crores.

In its third weekend with around 10-15% occupancy in theaters, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has recorded the collection 5.11 crores that comprises 2.01 crores of Thursday, 0.90 crore of Friday, 1.05 crore of Saturday & 1.15 crore of Sunday. Now it has again entered in weekdays and witnessed considerable drop in its business. On its third Monday, it has minted the amount of only 0.80 crore as its 19th day collection. Now the movie has lost almost all its pace and seems like it will packed up at 209+/- crores as lifetime domestic total.
