Raazi 2nd Day Box Office Collection, Meghna Gulzar’s Film Crosses 18.75 Crores by Saturday

The major Hindi offering of this week, Raazi has got succeed to hit the target right and gained positive word of mouth. As a result, it took a solid opening on Friday and witnessed a superb growth in footfalls on Saturday across the country. Now Sunday is expected to come out more impressive and set a strong base for the days to come.

Directed by the one who has given critically acclaimed Talvar Meghna Gulzar, Raazi stands high on content and performances by the lead actors, especially the powerhouse of talent Alia Bhatt. As expected, it has impressed everyone and received very positive reviews from the critics as well as the audience.

On Friday, this spy thriller film started the journey on a decent note but recorded healthy growth over the evening and night shows in multiplexes and registered the 6th best opening of the year so far with 7.53 crores. After such solid start, it has also emerged as the 7th highest opener of Alia Bhatt‘s career so far.

On the next day i.e. Saturday, due to favorable reactions and a partial holiday, Raazi took a noticeable growth of 50% than Friday and minted the amount of 11.30 crores. With this, its 2 days total collection has become 18.83 crores at the domestic box office from around 1500 screens.

As per current trend, Dharma Productions & Junglee Pictures’ latest collaboration seems to rake over 30 crores by this weekend on Indian screens. Also, it is expected to perform steadily on weekdays due to positive reactions from the audience.
