Raid 17th Day Box Office Collection, Rakes 97 Crores Total by the 3rd Weekend

After the two successful weeks, superstar Ajay Devgn’s latest offering Raid has passed its third weekend as well on a solid note. Yes, the new release Baaghi 2 has diverted major audience toward itself, but still Raj Kumar Gupta’s directorial managed to remain steady in the opposite of that.

Produced by Panorama Studios and T-Series Films jointly, Raid has impressed everyone and gained strong word of mouth. As a result, it maintained a good pace in the third weekend despite newly released Baaghi 2 and last week’s Hichki.

On its 3rd Friday, this period crime drama faced a drop of approx. 42% than the previous day and did the business of 1.82 crore. Then on 3rd Saturday, as expected it took a fair jump and minted the amount of 2.26 crores.

On the next day i.e. 3rd Sunday with further growth, Raid garnered the business of 2.78 crores and raised its 17 days total collection to 96.97 crores at the domestic box office, including 90.11 crores of last 2 weeks.

After a decent start, the movie showed an excellent performance throughout and raked the business of 63.05 crores in the opening week, that included 41.01 crores of the weekend and 22.04 crores of weekdays from 3400 screens across India.

In the second week as well, Raid successfully managed to remain unaffected despite Hichki and bagged the amount of 27.06 crores that included 16.48 crores of the weekend and 10.58 crores of weekdays.

With every single day, Ajay Devgn starrer is nearing toward the 100-crore mark and as per current trend, it is positively expected to accomplish the target by the end of this week.
