Raid 22nd Day Box Office Collection, Emerges the 4th Film to Cross 100-Crore Mark in 2018

Finally the latest offering of superstar Ajay Devgn, Raid has joined the 100-crore club and become the fourth film of the year to cross this mark after Padmaavat, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, and Baaghi 2. It was expected to hit the century a few days earlier, but the competition at the box office slowed it down abruptly after the second week.

The period crime drama Raid is the recent collaboration of production banners Panorama Studios and T-Series Films. With its thrilling and engaging story-line, the film has impressed everyone and received very positive reviews. As a result, it gained strong word of mouth and passed first 2 weeks on an excellent note.

Despite a decent opening, Raj Kumar Gupta’s directorial picked up superbly well and registered a solid business of 63.05 crores in the first week. Then in the second week as well, it remained strong and raked the business of 27.06 crores.

In the third week, due to newly released Baaghi 2, Raid faced a considerable drop in footfalls but still managed to remain decent. In the weekend, it minted the amount of 6.86 crores, while 2.74 crores on weekdays. After 3 weeks, the total collection of the film was recorded 99.71 crores.

Now Ajay Devgn, Ileana D’cruz, and Saurabh Shukla starrer has entered on its fourth weekend and bagged the amount of 0.43 crore with a drop of approx 26% than the previous day. With this, the total collection of Raid after 22 days has become 100.14 crores at the domestic box office.
