5 Days Total Collection Report of ‘Sarrainodu’ across Telugu States
South Indian superstar Allu Arjun’s latest offering, the action thriller ‘Sarrainodu’ is heading on a good note at box office across Telugu states. The movie has been released with huge excitement among fans as well as audience on 950 screens, that includes 500 of Andhra Pradesh and 450 of Telangana. Despite mixed reviews by critics, it had taken an excellent start and emerged as biggest opener of Allu Arjun’s career so far. Audience found Sarrainodu very entertaining and power packed, showing thumbs up to it.
In its opening weekend, the Boyapati Srinu’s directorial had reported excellent performance and minted the amount of around 21.80 cr, that includes 11 cr of Friday, 5.30 cr of Saturday and 5.50 cr of Sunday. With the opening collection of 11 cr, Sarrainodu has become the third highest opener of 2016 so far after Pawan Kalyan’s Sardaar Gabbar Singh (20.50 cr) and Jr. NTR’s Nannaku Prematho (13.46 cr). Reportedly from overseas market too, it is doing quite well.
Now the movie is running in weekdays and getting lesser response than weekend but still stands strong. On Monday with considerable drop in its occupancy, it raked the business of 3.50 cr*. On the next day i.e. Tuesday, it received slight more drop and added the amount of 2.90 cr* as its 5th day collection. After 5 days, total collection of Sarrainodu is recorded as 28.20 cr* on AP/Telangana box office. It is expected to rake 32+ cr till this week if pace continues.
