Superstar Akshay Kumar starrer & Prabhu Deva directorial action comedy movie Singh Is Bliing has showed commendable performance in its opening week. After registering second highest opening, opening weekend & opening week collection, now it is facing good competition with new releases at box office. The movie has received postive reviews from most of the critics, as a result it grossed excellent figures through out its first week.

Singh Is Bliing is the fourth movie of Akshay in this year after Baby, Gabbar Is Back & Brothers. All his four movies have entered in year’s top 10 highest highest grosser list. This latest one has come up at the best performer movie of his career till yet. This time the craze of Akshay’s fans towards his latest movie was higher than previous movies, so Singh Is Bliing was expected to enter in 100 crore club at domestic box office. But due to release of new movies, it is receiving less response from audience.

Singh Is Bliing was collected the total amount of 77.60 crores in the first week from Indian screens that includes 54.44 crores of weekend & 23.16 crores of weekdays. The movie was positively expected to gross over 100 crores till the end of its second week but it started facing heavy drops in the occupancy as well as business from its 2nd Friday at box office.

This latest collaboration of Akshay & Prabhu has already covered the second weekend with less but decent business figures. It collected the amount of 7.10 crores as total, that includes 1.50 crore of Friday, 2.60 crores of Saturday & 3 crores of Sunday. Till the end of its 10th day, total collection of Singh Is Bliing was recorded as 84.70 crores.

Now it has been again entered in weekdays & started facing considerable drops. On its 2nd Monday, it recorded very less occupancy and minted the amount of 1.10 crore as its 11th day collection. On the next day i.e. 2nd Tuesday, movie witnessed slight more drop & done the business of 1.02 crore. Till the end of the day, total 12 days collection of Singh Is Bliing is calculated as 86.82 crores.

The pace of the movie has been slowed down now, but it has acquired the second position among all four movies of Akshay that have released this year.
