Till now total box office response towards one of the awaited and popular movies of this year Detective Byomkesh Bakshy has been recorded normal. Audiences have shown decent interest in the film and it managed to make a normal earning in the weekdays time. Releasing in good number of screens the film features Sushant Singh Rajput in lead role. Audience review for this film was good as expected and it did show us a positive graph of performance in first weekend then slower earnings in weekdays in its total 6 days journey at box office.

Peeping on the starting days performance then there was great rush around the theatres for Fast & Furious 7 which affected performance of this film eventually. Basically what we concluded was that mainly youth loving serious scripts or families were eager to watch this movie. Now when the weekdays are going on, the film is suffering like any other Bollywood movie due to non weekend time but still doing business decently. Its Wednesday report is just average.

Wednesday has shown fall in the overall occupancy bit more down and we can expect same fall in the coming day i.e. tomorrow but after tomorrow new weekend is going to start so it may bring desired results for film.

Though; a bad news is that new movies are also releasing this Friday which are expected to snatch the business from every running movie right now. Favorable audience attitude for them may turn out as a deadline for other movies like this one.
