Stree 31st Day Collection, Shraddha-Rajkummar’s Film Crosses 125.50 Crores Total in 1 Month

After the 4 successful weeks, horror comedy Stree has remained almost unaffected from the newly released Sui Dhaaga- Made in India in its 5th weekend. With a solid performance throughout, Shraddha Kapoor & Rajkummar Rao starrer has now surpassed the lifetime total of Alia Bhatt’s Raazi (123.84 crores) and become 5th highest grossing Hindi movie of the year so far.

Directed by Amar Kaushik, Stree has impressed many with its engaging story-line and received mostly positive reviews from the critics as well as the audience. On 5th Friday, the movie faced a drop of 39.54% than the previous day and managed to collect the amount of 0.52 crore.

Then on 5th Saturday, Dinesh Vijan’s (Maddock Films) production took a fair growth and minted the amount of 0.88 crore. On the next day i.e. 5th Sunday, with a further jump, it raked the business of 1.51 crores and its raised 31 days total collection to 125.57 crores including the business of 122.66 crores from last 4 weeks.

Stree opened well and did the business of 60.39 crores in the first week by remaining strong throughout due to positive word of mouth. After that as well, it maintained a solid pace and registered the business of 35.14 crores in the second week & 17.14 crores in the third.

Then in the fourth week, despite several new releases, the movie managed to rake the business of 9.99 crores. As per the current trend, Stree seems to garner enough amount in coming days also, as there is a national holiday on Tuesday on accounts of Gandhi Jayanti.
