Tere Bin Laden: Dead or Alive & Aligarh Releases on 26th February 2016

As last week, this week too number of Hindi films are being released at box office. But among all, only two film Tere Bin Laden: Dead or Alive and Aligarh are expected to divert audience towards themselves. Tere Bin Laden: Dead or Alive is the sequel of 2010’s very much appreciated comedy film Tere Bin Laden and has good hype among audience due to its prequel’s success. Whereas, Aligarh is a non commercial critically acclaimed film which is buzzing around because of positive word of mouth. So both films have something which attracts audience and ready to hamper the smooth run of last week released Neerja.

Abhishek Sharma’s directorial Tere Bin Laden 2 features Manish Paul and Pradhyuman Singh in lead roles. It is looking stronger contender among all last offerings. As after a long time gap, a any comedy film is hitting the screens. Also its prequel was hilarious, so it will surely get benefit of it and expected to take good start at box office on limited screens. As per the reports, it would witness the occupancy of more than 20% across the country and collect around 1 – 1.5 crore* as its opening day business.

On the other hand, Hansal Mehta’s directorial biopic Aligarh is getting very positive reviews from critics as well as b-town celebs after the premiere shows. These positive reactions are creating good buzz about the film on social media and encouraging audience to watch this film. It features renowned actors Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles, who have given remarkable performances as per critics. Aligarh is also releasing on limited screens and expected to take decent start with 15-20% occupancy and would collect at most 1 crore* as its first day business.
