Tumhari Sulu & Justice League 17th Day Collection, Pass 3rd Weekend on a Steady Note

Despite having several new Hindi & English offerings in opposite, couple of weeks back released Tumhari Sulu and Justice League have passed their third weekend on a steady note. Infact both of them reported higher business than most of the movies released this Friday at box office.

Directed by Suresh Triveni, Hindi comedy drama Tumhari Sulu entertained everyone and as a result registered overall good performance at box office so far. In the opening week, it did the business of 19.78 crores that included 12.87 crores of weekend and 6.91 crores of weekdays.

In the second week as well, the movie remained good and raked the business of 9.49 crores with 6.41 crores of weekend and 3.08 crores of weekdays. Now it is running in third week and added the amount of total 3.22 crores including 0.52 crore of Friday, 1.30 crore of Saturday and 1.40 crore of Sunday. With this, total collection of Tumhari Sulu after 17 days, has become 32.49 crores.

On the other hand, Warner Bros-DC’s Justice League received mixed reviews worldwide but still getting good response across India. In the opening week, it minted the amount of 25 crores that included 18.25 crores of weekend and 6.75 crores of weekdays.

In the second week, Zack Synder’s directorial garnered the business of 9.50 crores, with 6.50 crores of weekend and 3 crores of weekdays. Then in the third weekend as well, Justice League remained steady and bagged the amount of 2 crores (Fri 0.50 crore, Sat 0.70 crore & Sun 0.80 crore) and raised it’s 17 days total India collection to 36.50 crores.
