Mastizaade 3rd Day Collection, Grosses Decent Total in Opening Weekend

Sunny Leone’s Mastizaade has Grossed decent Business despite of Mixed Reviews

Superhot Sunny Leone, Tusshar Kapoor and Vir Das starrer latest adult comedy Mastizaade has completed its opening weekend with decent business total, despite of mixed audience response. The film has been released this Friday and received mixed reviews from critics as well as viewers. But due to its adult content, it has grossed reputed business figures through out the weekend. Mastizaade had good pre-release buzz among audience from a long time, as initially it was scheduled to be released last year.

The presence of 2015’s most searched celebrity Sunny Leone in this Milap Zaveri’s directorial adult entertainer is attracting young audience to theaters. Despite of mixed reviews from critics as well as  having strong competitor like  last week released film Airlift of superstar Akshay Kumar, Mastizaade is getting decent response at box office. Also it has registered the third highest opening of Sunny’s career.

On its very first day, the film was recorded the overall occupancy of 30% across the country and minted the amount of 5.59 crores, which is not very impressive but decent as compare to its screen count. On the next day i.e. Saturday, it witnessed slight rise in its business and raked 6.11 crores. On Sunday, being public holiday Mastizaade received higher response than previous days and done the business of 6.75 crores. Till the end of weekend, total collection of the film is recorded as 18.45 crores at domestic box office.
