‘Ambarsariya’ Receives Overwhelmed Response Worldwide

Diljit Dosajh starrer Punjabi movie Ambarsariya has completed its one week journey at box office with an impressive performance. The movie has received very positive reviews from critics as well as moviegoers and come out as year’s highest opening week grosser in Punjabi cinema so far. Everyone find it very entertaining and showed big thumbs up to it. Fans of Diljit are showing immense craze towards Ambarsariya and their excitement can be seen outside theaters and on social media.

In the opening weekend, Ambarsariya received terrific response and minted the amount of 6.20 crores, that includes 2.10 crores of Friday, 2.05 crores of Saturday and 2.05 crores of Sunday. In weekdays, it had raked the business of 3.95 crores, that includes 1.30 crore of Monday, 1.10 crore of Tuesday, 0.85 crore of Wednesday and 0.70 crore of Thursday. After the end of its first week, total domestic collection of Ambarsariya was recorded as 10.15 crores.

Now the movie has entered in its third week and as expected holds well in this weekend too. On Friday, it received almost similar response as Thursday and minted the amount of 0.60 crore* as its 8th day collection and made its 8 days total collection as 10.75 crores*. Not only in India but from overseas too, it has reported outstanding business ans has acquired the second position among 2016’s highest grosser Punjabi movies in overseas after Love Punjab.
