Box Office: Sultan 4th Day Collection, Salman Khan’s Film is Soaring!

4 Days Total Collection of Salman Khan’s Sultan

Yash Raj Films’ biggest venture of the year, Salman Khan starrer Sultan is storming on box office. Within just 3 days of release, the movie has raked more than 100 crores and become his career’s 10th movie to enter in this club. So far, Sultan has come out as the best performer for Salman, it has dominated the record of Bajrangi Bhaijaan, that was 102.60 crores in first 3 days on domestic box office.

Ali Abbas Zafar’s directorial this sports drama has been released on 4350 screens across the country with enormous hype among audience. It has received very positive reviews from most of the critics as well as moviegoers. Everyone liked the movie and showing huge thumbs up for it. These positive reactions have created good word of mouth for Sultan across the globe and attracting more audience toward theaters.

On the opening day, Salman Khan & Anushka Sharma starrer Sultan witnessed the excellent occupancy of almost 85% in India and minted the amount of 36.54 crores. With this, it has become the biggest opener of the year and the third highest opener of all time in Bollywood so far. It has also become the second highest opener of Salman’s career after PRDP (40.35 crores).

On the next day, being Eid festival the movie reported higher response than previous day and raked the business of 37.32 crores. Then on its third day, Sultan faced the drop of almost 20% and did the business of 31.67 crores. After 3 days, its total collection was recorded as 105.53 crores on domestic box office. It is the 44th Hindi movie to enter in 100 crores club.

On its fourth day i.e. Saturday, being weekend Sultan started the day with almost similar occupancy as Friday but witnessed impressive rise in foot fall from the evening shows. As per the report, the movie showed good growth in its business and added 36.62 crores to its account. With this, its 4 days total has become 142.15 crores on Indian box office.
