This Friday released two new offerings Great Grand Masti & Ice Age: Collision Course, have not showed any impressive performance so far on Indian box office. Due to last week released Salman Khan starrer giant Sultan, both of them are struggling to get audience. Also they have not received much positive reviews from critics as well as moviegoers. So most of the audience preferring to watch Sultan again instead of going for these.

The third installment of adult comedy franchise Masti, was buzzing decently among audience after the release of its trailer. But unluckily its censor copy took back door exit before the release, which melted down all its hype. As half of the audience had already watch the movie, so it reported very dull occupancy on its opening day and did the business of only 8.25 crores in the weekend.

The weekend total includes 2.50 crores of Friday, 2.50 crores of Saturday and 3.25 crores of Sunday. On Monday, as expected the movie witnessed heavy drop than weekend and minted the amount of 1.45 crore*. On Tuesday, it recorded more drop and estimated to add the amount of 1.20 crore* to its account. With this, its 5 days total domestic collection will become 10.90 crores*.

On the other hand, the fifth installment of Hollywood’s very popular animated franchise Ice Age reported slightly better performance as compare to Great Grand Masti. In the opening week, it raked the business of 8.50 crores including 1.90 crore of Friday, 3 crores of Saturday and 3.60 crores of Sunday.

On Monday, being normal working day Ice Age: Collision Course witnessed considerable drop than weekend and added the amount of 1.70 crore* to its account. On Tuesday, it faced slight more drop and estimated to collect 1.60 crore* and take its India total to 11.80 crores*.
