Sohail Khan’s Freaky Ali Releases on Sept 9, Opposite to Baar Baar Dekho

‘Freaky Ali’ is Freaking Funny, Stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui

Actor-Producer-Writer-Director Sohail Khan is back with his another venture. After 2014’s Jai Ho he is resuming his career with sports romantic-comedy, titled as Freaky Ali. The film features very promising actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui in lead roles, along with Amy Jackson and Arbaaz Khan in other pivotal roles.

For wider reach, Sohail asked big brother Salman Khan to associate with Freaky Ali under the banner Sohail Khan Productions. In just few days with the help of Salman Khan’s stardom, Sohail successfully created huge hype about the film among audience.

Salman Khan posted the posters and trailer of the film and insisted his fans to watch Freaky Ali, which is scheduled to be released near Eid-al-Adha (Bakra Eid) on September 9; opposite to Sidharth Malhotra & Katrina Kaif’s Baar Baar Dekho.

Trailer of Freaky Ali was released on August 7 and is being liked by everyone. Most of them, found it more entertaining than Baar Baar Dekho. So it can hamper the performance of Nitya Mehra’s directorial.

Sohail and Salman both feel that Freaky Ali has different genre than Baar Baar Dekho and due to festive weekend, there is enough space for two films. They say, this is not a clash and both films will do well on box office after the release.

Acting career of Sohail Khan is not very impressive but as a producer, director and writer, he has given several hits like Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya, Partner, Ready, Jai Ho & more. The upcoming one is also produced, directed & written by Sohail and is positively expected to get good response from audience.

Music of Freaky Ali is composed by Sajid-Wajid and its rights are acquired by T-Series. Reportedly Salman Khan has sold the satellite rights of the film to Star TV in more than 20 crores. So the producers have already recovered its budget before the release.
