Saat Uchakkey, Anna, Beiimaan Love & Fuddu Take Dull Start
This Friday’s fresh offerings from Hindi cinema are Saat Uchakkey, Anna, Beiimaan Love & Fuddu. All of them do not have much hype among audience, as expected have started on a dull note across the country. Despite these, couple of weeks ago released M.S.Dhoni The Untold Story still remained the first choice of audience.
Sanjeev Sharma’s directorial comedy drama Saat Uchakkey features renowned actors of Bollywood- Manoj Bajpayee, Anupam Kher, Kay Kay Menon, Annu Kapoor, Vijay Raaz and Aditi Sharma in lead roles. Being averagely promoted movie, it has released on a low note but lifted up little due to positive reviews from critics as well as moviegoers. At the end of its opening day, the movie reported the business of 0.55 crore* with 5-10% of occupancy.
The biopic of India’s great leader Anna Hazare, Shashank Udapurkar’s directorial Anna: Kisan Baburao Hazare has received mixed reviews from critics. Anna Hazare himself participated in the promotions of this movie but still it is struggling on box office to get audience. On the opening day, it witnessed only 5% of occupancy and raked the business of 0.25 crore*.
On the other hand, super hot Sunny Leone and Rajniesh Duggall starrer romantic thriller Beiimaan Love has finally released after several postponements. But due to lack of promotions, it is also struggling on box office. The movie has not received favorable reviews from critics and marked as ‘strictly for fans’. Only because of Sunny, the movie recorded 10% of occupancy on Friday and minted the amount of 0.40 crore*.
Last but not the least Sunil Subramani’s directorial Fuddu has received favorable reviews from some critics but audience completely declined it. On the opening day, the movie recorded below 5% of occupancy and collected the amount of 0.07 crore* on domestic box office.
