4th Day Collection of Munna Michael- Tiger Shroff’s Film Passes Monday on a Decent Note

After a slight drop than Friday in business on Saturday, Munna Michael picked up well on Sunday and completed the opening weekend on an above average note. Now this action dance film has been entered in weekdays, which are very crucial for it to be on safe side.

On Monday, being normal working day Munna Michael faced abrupt drop in footfalls but still managed to remain decent. With around 51% of dip than the opening day, it garnered the business of 3.25 crores and raised it’s 4 days total collection to 24.92 crores at domestic box office including 21.67 crores of weekend.

With good buzz among fans and decent among audience, Tiger Shroff starrer Munna Michael was released at box office this week, which also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Nidhhi Agerwal in pivotal roles. From critics as well as audience, the film has received mixed reviews, due to which it remained lower than expected throughout the weekend.

On the opening day, Sabbir Khan’s directorial recorded below average occupancy in multiplexes while decent on single screens and registered the tenth highest opening of the year so far in Hindi cinema with 6.65 crores. On Saturday, Munna Michael witnessed slight drop in performance and minted 6.32 crores.

Then on Sunday, being holiday the film showed good growth at box office and bagged the amount of 8.70 crores. After the opening weekend, total domestic collection of the film was recorded as 21.67 crores from 3000 screens.

It is interesting to know, that Tiger’s debut film Heropanti also followed the same trend at box office in the opening weekend. On Friday it did the business of 6.63 crores and 6.42 crores on Saturday with slight drop. On Sunday it collected 8.28 crores and made it’s weekend total as 21.33 crores from 2200 screens.
