17th Day Collection of Judwaa 2, Varun Dhawan Starrer Earns 133 Crores with 3rd Weekend

After two excellent weeks, now Judwaa 2 is running in it’s third week and still has good hold over the audience. After breaking many box office records of 2017, the remake of 1997’s Judwaa has grossed over 200 crore worldwide within 16 days of release.

Despite the mixed reviews of critics, Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu starrer this action comedy showed terrific performance so far and still heading smoothly at box office. Fortunately most of the audience found it entertaining and gave thumbs up.

In the opening week, Judwaa 2 started on an outstanding note and remained strong throughout. It raked the business of total 98.08 crores, that included 59.25 crores of weekend and 38.83 crores of weekdays from 3500 screens across the country.

Then in the second week as well, David Dhawan’s directorial reported good despite new offering Chef in opposite and did the business of 27.76 crores with 18.10 crores of weekend and 9.66 crores of weekdays. After 2 weeks, total collection of the movie was recorded as 125.84 crores.

Now it is running in the third week and has no heavy competitor, as a result Judwaa 2 minted good amount of 1.72 crore on 3rd Friday and 2.65 crores on Saturday. With further growth, the movie collected 2.82 crores on Sunday and raised it’s 17 days total collection to 133.03 crores nett at domestic box office.

Judwaa 2 now positively seems to become second highest grossing movie of the year in Hindi cinema after dominating Shahrukh khan’s Raees by the fourth weekend.
