Sanju 3rd Day Box Office Collection, Becomes the Fastest 100-Crore Grosser of Bollywood

With the brilliant performances by Ranbir Kapoor, Paresh Rawal & Vicky Kaushal, and the flawless direction of Rajkumar Hirani, Sanju has impressed everyone worldwide. With super positive reactions from the viewers, it is running phenomenally and has become the fastest 100-crore grosser of all time in the Bollywood industry.

The biopic of very popular Indian actor Sanjay Dutt, Sanju has got succeed to hit the target right and getting very positive reviews from the critics as well as the audience. As a result, it has gained a strong word of mouth which is helping it to perform tremendously at the box office.

Presented by Fox Star Studios, this biographical drama was released with huge hype and as expected took a massive start. With overall 85% of occupancy nationwide, it did the business of 34.75 crores from 4000 screens and emerged the biggest opener of the year so far.

Then on Saturday, it witnessed a jump of 11.08% and raked the business of 38.60 crores. On the next day i.e. Sunday, with a further growth of 21%, Sanju garnered the business of 46.71 crores and raised its first 3-days total collection to 120.06 crores nett at the domestic box office.

With this, Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s production has registered the highest opening weekend of the year so far, after beating the record of Padmaavat which did the business of 114 crores in its 4-days extended weekend. As per the wave, Sanju seems able to remain strong on weekdays as well.
