Manam Telugu comedy drama movie has been released in the cinema halls on May 23. Manam was based on the Sci-fi film back to the Future. Film has been launched over 800 screens worldwide out of them 69 screens shared at the US box office. Manam movie has a record good opening in all theaters and multiplexes however the film’s occupancy was not much as expected on its first day, still it made a fabulous business on box office considering opening day as a start of the weekend and second day too. Manam movie made overall a fantastic business in all the multiplexes and cinema halls especially in the south region. Reviews from the audience showed tremendous approvals and excitements about this film how so ever, many among the audience did not over the movie much. The movie is directed by Vikram Kumar features late Nageswara Rao, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya along with Shriya Saran and Samantha while Amitabh Bachchan appears in a cameo role.

This film got mixed reaction from the audience and is being reviewed as a onetime watchable movie. All the viewers appeared to be averagely satisfied after watching this film. As the movie was the biggest attraction as it was a perfect tribute for the legendary actor Nageswara Rao (ANR), who passed away in January 2014. As compare to another release of Superstar “Kochadaiiyaan“, “Manam” is likely to perform well and register good opening on its first day. Positive word of mouth is sure to help the film to do good business in its first weekend. In its second day also, Manam showed supreme performance and as it’s the start of the weekend, hence more audience is focusing towards go and watch this film.

Manam movie has made a commendable business on its first day and similar pace on its second day too. Film is doing far well on its second day of release. According to the reports on the views and reviews of the audience, cost of the tickets was satisfyingly recovered from the movie for onetime watch. Manam has done good business in India and collected around 2.5 Crores, also done good business in overseas of around 53 lacs on its opening day which is very awesome figure in overseas for any Tollywood movie, whereas on its second release day, Manam has collected around 2.6 Crores (India Biz.). Later business of Manam is estimated to grow higher and peak heights in the upcoming days of its business.
