Directed by Vishal Pandya, the latest erotic cum thriller movie Hate Story 2 has finally reached to the end of its first week on the box office. Film received good audience response before its release through the popular trailers and hit bold content. Both Jay Bhanushali and Surveen Chawla for the first time were seen in such a bold film opposite each other and this is their first Bollywood film too. In its first week Hate Story 2 has received quite good occupancy and box office collections as compared to other co releases like Riyasat, Amit Sahni Ki list and Pizza 3D. In short, Hate Story 2 came out as a rival for all these co releases because it snatched away the audience as well as the business form these three movies. In 1 Week Hate Story 2 earned good income and also gave enough competition to the hit movie Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania which also shattered its business due to this hyped flick.

The film opened well enough and found good occupancy of viewers especially in the first weekend which brought good income in its account. Seventh day or Thursday Box Office Collection of Hate Story 2 is average due to weekday and the income today was recorded at  2.04 Crores making the one week total collection of Hate Story 2 to be near 26.06 Crores. On the totality note Hate Story 2 has done a good job in first week considering low star cast and only youth audience as the main part of viewers. Somewhere Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania also hindered its way in making more money and now releasing tomorrow – Kick; will take away the remaining chances of the current running films to stay on box office same way as they were before it.
