Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania 24 Days Box Office Report
Starring the Bollywood new faces Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan in the lead roles, the recent romantic cum comedy movie Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania has completed its box office journey till 4th weekend. The film was a total entertainment package and it received huge appreciation from the audience. Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania was released in Indian theatres last month on 11 July 2014 along with the Marathi super hit Lai Bhaari. Both the movies were hit in their own regions. Audience showed great positive attitude towards Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania especially in the first two weeks. But after that the film started dropping gradually due to the competitor Hate Story 2 and after that the remaining chances by Salman Khan latest venture Kick. Anyhow total performance of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania has been very good and the film earned lots of income in the meantime. It is still running in some screens and now as it was the weekend, it earned bit higher than the past days of 3rd week.
Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania 4th Weekend Total Collection
Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania did not got much affected by Lai Bhaari as the release and dominated regions of both the films were apart but still Riteish Deshmukh’s Lai Bhaari was reason of slight fall of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania in the Mumbai region. Overall box office report of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania is good and the film earned decent amount of around 80-82 Crores till today i.e. end of its 4th weekend. First week accounted for huge collection of around 53.31 Crores. After that the 2nd week dropped almost to the half and stood at 20.26 Crores. 3rd week report of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania was worst which saw only 3.25 Crores income due to Kick and Hate Story 2 in the race. And now the 4th weekend figures of the film are very average and lesser than even Lai Bhaari standing at near 1.5 Crores hardly. 4th Friday income was 0.45 Crore, 4th Saturday – 0.46 Crore and 4th Sunday could make business of only 0.58 Crore. Still the film on the whole has done a fantastic job but the disappointing fact for the film makers is only that it could not rake the 100 Crore Club.
