This year the Bollywood industry has seen many movies one after another throughout the months. But only there are few movies which have managed to get listed in the top 5 grosser of this year 2014 till now. Though the year has not completed still up to now we are presenting the Top 5 Highest Grosser Bollywood Movies of 2014.

Many movies came and go, some received good response few just disappeared; some banged the box office and some were just average. But only 5 movies are there which have crossed this 100 Crore club on box office and reached the position.

Kick

Not much to say in detail, everyone nowadays is aware about the super blockbuster performance of Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez starrer Kick movie. Kick was released on 25 July 2014 before Eid festival and the movie has claimed so many records in just 12 days journey at box office. Total Income of Kick till today i.e. 12 days stands at near 207.5 Crores (approx). It is the highest grossing film of this year till all the movies released to the date.

Holiday

After Kick, the other rank has been claimed by the Khiladi Kumar of our Bollywood film industry. Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha starrer Holiday movie was released few months ago and it received extraordinary response from the audience making its lifetime Box Office Collection of around 112.45 Crores. The film was a super action dosage and everyone loved the way Akshay Kumar played his character of the cop. The film is listed as the 2nd Highest Grosser Bollywood movie of 2014.

Jai Ho

It seems as if the Bollywood film industry is a casual home for the super stars.  Salman Khan beside kick has previously banged the box office through his first movie of this year named Jai Ho. Jai Ho was released during the new year time in January month and it opened the account of box office with blockbuster business of around 111 Crores lifetime. The film is in the third posit no among the top 5 grosser of this year.

Ek Villain

Not only the super stars or established actors of Bollywood industry snatched the cash from the screens but this year we have seen some blockbuster movies from the young generation too. Ek Villain which featured Student of the Year famed Siddharth Malhotra and the Aashiqui girl Shraddha Kapoor also crossed the 100 Crore Club this year. The film was released around the middle of the year and it created high records on the big screen. By claiming Lifetime Collection of nearly 105.62 Crores on box office, Ek Villain stands at the 4th Top Grossing Bollywood movie of this year 2014.

2 States

Last but not the least, there is another youth starrer movie that entered the respectable and honorable position among the top 5 grosser of Bollywood industry this year. Alia Bhatt and Arjun Kapoor starrer love story 2 States also set new records to the film industry after its immaculate Total Income of approximately 104 Crores. The film was appreciated by every viewer and was a successful blockbuster movie of this year standing at the 5th top position of the highest grosser of this year 2014.
